Do
- Use cool or lukewarm water if you hand wash.
- Use a mild wool-friendly detergent if needed.
- Gently squeeze out excess water, do not wring.
- Reshape the brim while damp so it dries neatly.
Avoid
- Hot washes, bleach or harsh stain removers.
- Throwing it in the washing machine or dryer.
- Leaving it sitting in water for long periods.
- Ironing directly on the wool or using direct high heat.
Deep clean in a few easy steps

Fill a basin
Use cool to lukewarm water and a small amount of wool-safe detergent.

Soak and swirl gently
Submerge the hat and gently move it through the water for a few minutes.

Rinse and press
Rinse with clean cool water until it runs clear. Press out water with your hands or a towel.

Air dry in the shade
Reshape and hang by the loop or lay on a clean towel to dry away from direct harsh sunlight.
